Erin Olmstead

Erin is a practicing Kinesiologist (BCAK), group fitness instructor (BCRPA) and fitness coordinator with 20 years of industry experience. She holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree from UBC and is a Functional Movement Systems (FMS) certified professional.

Erin works with a variety of clients and is known for her ability to inspire and motivate while delivering quality programs in a one-on-one or group setting.

She believes in the importance of moving more and moving better. With this movement based philosophy, Erin works to help clients build a strong foundation to facilitate their everyday pursuits.


Veronica Hakim

Veronica is an ACE certified personal trainer.

She recognizes how powerful fitness can be in transforming not only the physical, but also the emotional and mental lives of people.

Her specializations are functional training, resistance training, postural alignment and HITT.¬† She’s also been practicing Muay Thai and Boxing since 2016 and likes to implement striking drills into her programs.


Sam Wu

He is a Registered Kinesiologist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES)

He aims to help and exceed clients’ expectations and goals. Everyone is unique, and there is no cookie cutter approach to each individual’s needs.

His purpose is to empower and enrich as many lives as he can within his community. He looks forward to joining you on your fitness journey
